Classes & Bookings
Do I need a membership to book classes?
Yes, an active membership is required to book any of our fitness classes. This ensures our members get priority access to our class schedules.
How do I book a class?
Browse the class schedule, select a time that works for you, and click "Book Now". You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I cancel a class booking?
Yes, you can cancel your bookings from the "My Bookings" page. We recommend canceling at least 2 hours before the class starts to free up the spot for other members.
What happens if a class is full?
If a class is at capacity, you can choose another time slot or check back later in case someone cancels. We frequently add new class times based on demand.
Shop & Products
Do I need a membership to shop?
No! Our shop is open to everyone. Browse fitness apparel, equipment, supplements, and accessories anytime.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Memberships are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time.

What are your opening hours?
FitForge is open 24/7 for Elite members, while Basic and Premium members have access from 5 AM to 11 PM daily.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes! Personal training sessions can be booked separately. Elite members receive discounted rates on personal training packages.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free parking available for all members and visitors.
